As an example of one of the individual impressions undertaken by our members, we have selected the Y.M.C.A. In addition to the social support provided by the army in the form of the Army Chaplains Department and the Expeditionary Force Canteens, several other – principally religious – organisations provided facilities of enormous value to the troops.
